Scope of Services

Snap Synergy provides photography services for product shoots, including studio and on-location work in Singapore, subject to project scope, product count, styling needs, and pre-session planning. Any booking is confirmed only after the relevant details, shot list, and location are reviewed and agreed.

Fees and Payment

Scope / use / administration

Fees are quoted based on the agreed product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Payment methods may include card or bank transfer, and any work may be withheld or paused until required payment arrangements are confirmed.

Project Conditions

Payments / cancellation / timing

Project details, reference materials, and shot lists must be accurate and complete. The final image selection may differ from previews because duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images may be removed during curation, and delivery depends on the confirmed scope and approval process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snap Synergy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from inaccurate instructions, delayed approvals, or changes to the agreed brief. Retouching does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images or any transformation beyond reasonable photographic editing.
